These healthy smoothie recipes are my favorite breakfasts to have at home or on the go. They’re perfect for a quick, healthy and fueling breakfast. Plus, each smoothie has not only fruit, but a veggie too.
I love using Arbonne protein because it’s delicious, vegan, and packed with vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids.
Berry Spinach Smoothie
My go-to smoothie. Always delicious.
Blend together:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen berries (Costco has a great frozen berry mix)
- a large handful (or two) of spinach
- 1 scoop of Arbonne’s Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie
This recipe is adapted from Detoxinista’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake recipe. The recipe below is for 1 serving, and I’ve added frozen riced cauliflower instead of Detoxinista’s recipe using ice.
Blend together:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 a banana (frozen is best but still works not)
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I love Arbonne)

Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
This smoothie tastes like dessert, it’s so good!
Blend together:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen raspberries (also delicious with frozen cherries too)
- A large handful (or two) of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of Arbonne’s Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
This is such a delicious fall smoothie. It tastes like a smoothie version of Starbuck’s PSL. But healthier. YUM.
This recipe was adapted from Running on Real Food. I’ve tweaked it by adding in frozen riced cauliflower (makes it really creamy and sneaks in some veggies), less banana and a little pure maple syrup.
Blend together:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 banana (frozen is best, but also works unfrozen)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 scoop of Arbonne’s Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- A sprinkle or two of pumpkin pie spice
Apple Cinnamon Cauliflower Smoothie
This smoothie tastes like an apple pie in smoothie form. It’s really delicious and refreshing.
Blend together:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 to 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- A shake of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Arbonne’s Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

Pine-Orange-Banana Matcha Smoothie
This tastes like the Dole juice I used to love as a kid. But better for you. 🙂 Matcha is the powdered version of green tea and has so many benefits: it’s energizing, may protect against some cancers, may help lower your blood pressure and other perks.
Blend together:
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup pure pineapple juice (or 1/4 cup frozen pineapple; if using frozen pineapple, increase milk to 1 cup)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Arbonne Vanilla Shake Mix is what I use)
- 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 orange, peeled (or 1-2 cuties)
- 1/2 frozen banana (if you don’t have frozen bananas, use non-frozen and add a handful of ice cubes)
- 1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach leaves

What’s your favorite healthy smoothie recipe? I’d love to give it a try.
