It has been a long time since I’ve posted on here and I have a few things to share.

ONE. The biggest news is that Jordan (aka JoJo or Jo) joined our family in 2017. She’s 2 now and has crazy curly hair that matches her silly crazy personality. She picks up on her sisters’ mannerism, tone and language so fast — both good and bad — and loves to sing, eat snacks and make us all laugh, especially at dinner time.
TWO. I’m a stay at home mom now and play chafferer to my oldest girls Raegan, 7, and Leah, 5.
THREE. We spent a month over the summer in Rome, Italy and Barcelona, Spain! It was such a fun experience. We walked all over both cities, had gelato everyday and saw amazing things. We hope to take more month-long vacations in the future.
FOUR. Since having kids, I’ve found nutrition something I really enjoy learning about — how specific foods help my body, how to eat healthy and teach my kids how to enjoy healthy eating, how to balance eating the not-so-good-for-you foods too. After seven years of self-learning, I want to share what works and what doesn’t for our family in hopes that it will help others make small changes to become healthier. So I’m committing to share those things on here weekly. I hope you find some of it useful and interesting too.
