
This week, our dinners are full of fall flavors. I’m trying to hang on to fall as much as possible before cold winter comes. 🙂

{This week I’m sharing 5 dinners, in no order, so it’s flexible for what day we feel like making them.}
Teriyaki Salmon Bowls. I always feel really great and happy-full after this dinner. You know the full where you feel happy and content instead of uncomfortable? 🙂 If you make a batch of Brown Jasmine Rice in the Instant Pot first, everything else comes together really quickly.

Fajitas with Cilantro Rice in the Instant Pot. Yum. One of our favorite dinners. Cook the rice first and everything else is really quick and easy. I love that this rice has a bunch of spinach in it, but you (and kids!) can’t taste it.


Sausage Apple Sweet Potato Bake from PB Fingers. This is such an easy one-pan dinner that makes the house smell amazing.

Fall Salad with Apple, Sweet Potato & Goat Cheese. This is an easy salad that’s full of fall flavors. [If your kids aren’t fans of salads, try deconstructing it for your kids. Give them a plate with little piles of every ingredient separate, like sweet potato, lettuce, beets, apple, goat cheese, etc.]

Pasta with Turkey Veggie Marinara. This is another really quick dinner that’s full of veggies. My girls love it too. We like filling our marinara with veggies like carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper, but you can easily swap in/out your favorite veggies.
