
This week, I’m planning to use a bunch of stuff we have in hopes that we won’t have to do an Instacart delivery. I’m trying to limit the amount of times we go to the store/have items delivered as much as possible. So, lots of sweet potatoes and frozen staples (thank goodness I stocked up on a bunch of my favorite Trader Joe’s healthy frozen staples!)

Tuesday

Wednesday
Chicken Sausage Sweet Potato Bake from Peanut Butter Fingers blog. This is delicious and makes the house smell like Thanksgiving. 🙂

Pizza night! We’re using some of our favorite Trader Joe’s frozen pizzas.
Saturday
Takeout or TBD.
Sunday
Cauliflower Curry from A Pinch of Yum + brown jasmine rice (my favorite recipe from Dad Cooks Dinner). {I prep the rice beforehand since it’s also cooked in the Instant Pot.}
